Greater Vancouver Open Dart Tournament

The Vancouver Dart Association is the official host & organizer for Canada’s largest dart tournament: the Greater Vancouver Open. 

The GVO, as its also known as, is an annual tournament that boasts a guaranteed purse of over $16,000 CDN. The GVO tournament is sanctioned and ranked by the World Darts Federation (WDF), British Darts Organization (BDO), North America Professional Darts Alliance (NAPDA), National Darts Federation of Canada (NDFC), as well as Darts BC. It  attracts players from across Canada, the United States, as well as overseas. 

The GVO takes place mid March. The tournament features Blind Draw Doubles, Men's Doubles, Ladies Doubles, Mixed Doubles, Mixed Triples, Ladies Singles, and Men's Singles.

The Greater Vancouver Open is Vancouver Dart Association’s signature annual tournament. We encourage all VDA members and players from abroad to take part in the event and help keep it the most successful tournament in Canada!
